This meeting is designed to officially kick off this project and will involve appropriate city staff and the project team. We will review the Project scope, schedule, and anticipated deliverables. We will also establish communication protocols, set up a data-sharing platform to collect the inventory of existing conditions, define the meeting schedule, and compile a complete list of advisory committee and stakeholder group members.
